The Toneguards THE TONEGUARDS were a rock band hailing from Illinois. After seeing moderate success with their first two self-released singles, SpongeBob Cover Theme (2022) and Store (2022), they released their third, Gonna Rock This World (2023) on Delicate Records. After this they recorded three more singles, with hope to eventually release an EP or album of original material. However, after the release of Tell Me (2024) (backed with a remake of Gonna Rock This World), they soon dissolved. Sylvia and Joey would go on to form Type III.
