King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard KING GIZZARD & THE LIZARD WIZARD is a rock band from Austrailia. They are well-known worldwide for their constant output of albums and their genre shifting. In 2017, the released the album Polygondwanaland (2017) for free, inviting record labels all over the world to press and release copies of the album without having to pay for a license from the band. In the many years since, more than 300 variants of the album have been released, some officially by the band (under the labels Flightless Records, ATO Records, Heavenly Recordings/[pias], and KGLW), mostly released by independent labels across the globe. They have since released a multitude of live albums as part of this "official bootlegger" program, including every show from their 2024 US tour and the 8-hour long Live at Red Rocks '22 (2023). In 2023, Delicate Records' first release was a variant of Polygondwanaland, as a digital download, on CD, and on now out-of-print black and picture disc LPs.
